Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms. Xu Yixin (徐一新) (“Ms. Xu”), aged 54, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (華東政法大學) with a bachelor’s degree of law. She has been serving in Jiangxi Yuzhang Law Firm (江西豫章律師事務所) since January 2001, and is currently a senior partner. She currently serves as the chairman of the Women’s Federation, a member of the 15th CPPCC of Nanchang City (南昌市第十五屆政協委員), and a deputy of the 14th National People’s Congress of Jiangxi Province; the arbitrator of Nanchang Arbitration Commission (南昌仲裁委員會) and the director of Criminal Law Professional Committee of Nanchang Law Association (南昌市律協刑事执法專業委員會); the vice chairman of Nanchang Lawyers’ Women’s Federation (南昌市律師行業婦聯), the expert of the third-party expert pool of Nanchang Municipal Procuratorate (南昌市檢察院第三方專家庫), and the special supervisor of Nanchang Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation (國家稅務總局南 昌市稅務局); the visiting professor and MBA off-campus tutor of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, the off-campus master tutor of Jiangxi Normal University and the gold medal mediation observer and mediator of JXTV (江西衛視). Ms. Xu was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 24 March 2020.
